Choose more choice with the Cambridge MXN10

The MXN10 has access to both subscription and free hi-res streaming services, including internet radio, Spotify Connect, Tidal, Deezer, and Qobuz – all integrated for the best possible sound quality. With Apple Airplay2 and Chromecast built-in, you have access to Apple Music and more, including BBC Sounds. And because the MXN10 is Roon Ready, you can bring your digital music, regardless of its origin, together in a single, magazine-style service.

Internet radio, live broadcast

Like traditional radio, it's delivered only via the internet, not over the air. You can listen to your favorite stations, specialized internet channels (including Soho Radio and NTS), and much more from around the world—all for free. Who knows what you'll discover on that specialized station from Tasmania? Plus, many stations offer a quality that's much higher than DAB.

A decade of streaming distilled

Our latest StreamMagic Gen 4 module and software power the MXN10. It's a system we've developed ourselves in London for uncompromising hi-fi sound and rock-solid streaming performance. It's intuitive to use and can play music at an incredible 768kHz 32bit PCM or DSD512 resolution – satisfying even the most demanding listener.

The gift of music

If a friend comes over who doesn't (yet) use the StreamMagic app, they can wirelessly play their favorite songs from their phone via Bluetooth. And if there are high-resolution FLAC files on a USB drive, you can both listen in full hi-fi quality by simply inserting the drive into the MXN10's USB port.

Busy house?

There comes a time for us music fans when storage space becomes an issue. Then there's the price you have to pay to hear a handful of "previously unreleased" tracks, exclusive to large, limited-edition box sets. The compact MXN10 gives you the best of both worlds: listen to tracks in incredible high-resolution quality, without worrying about the impact on your shelves or wallet.

Set the controls

Using the MXN10 couldn't be easier. Our StreamMagic app provides intuitive control of connected sources – allowing you to set presets, browse albums, or build playlists, all from the convenience of your mobile device. Alternatively, a row of convenient buttons on the MXN10's sleek dashboard can be programmed for instant access to internet radio stations and favorite playlists.

Connects to the Cambridge MXN10

Flip the MXN10 over and you’ll reveal a pair of analogue RCA phono outputs, digital coaxial and optical outputs, a USB input, and a pair of Wi-Fi antenna jacks for a wireless network connection – or a LAN cable input if you prefer.

In addition, the analog and digital outputs work simultaneously, allowing your hi-fi to also function as a source in a multi-room setup.

Desktop Dreamteam

Besides being an upgrade to older kit, the MXN10 is perfect for creating a new desktop system alongside our DacMagic 200M – simply add headphones or powered speakers. These half-width hi-fi heroes share the same minimalist family look and are now available in a special edition black or moon grey finish – perfect for complementing your study or home office.

Designed for life

The MXN10 owes its sleek, timeless look to our signature Lunar Grey aluminum fascia and black "floating" base. Its 215mm half-width steel cabinet matches our DacMagic200M and Alva Duo, offers placement flexibility, and will breathe new life into any hi-fi setup – including that old amplifier in storage. Thanks to over-the-air updates, the MXN10 will be a crowd-pleaser for years to come.
