The Chora Center speaker, made in France in the Focal workshops, is equipped with an aluminum/magnesium tweeter and two midrange/bass drivers with Slatefiber cones. Thanks to these exclusive Focal technologies, it reproduces dialogue, voices, and all other "front" movie sound effects with exceptional clarity and detail! A whisper, a hum, a cry of joy or anger, or birdsong… you won't miss a thing, and everything will arouse your emotions.
Chora Center is available in three finishes and can be installed on an optional dedicated stand or placed directly on your TV cabinet. A base included with the speaker also guarantees an enhanced soundstage for even greater immersion.
This speaker perfectly completes a Home Cinema system, especially in combination with the Dolby Atmos® Chora 826-D speaker, but also all products from the Chora line.

The TNF tweeter

Exclusive to Focal and made in France in our aluminum/magnesium alloy workshops, this tweeter offers many advantages, particularly in terms of spatiality. With this tweeter, there's no lack of sonic harmony or precision.

The slate cone of the Focal Chora Center – Black – Center Speaker

Also made in France in Focal's workshops, it features a rich, dynamic, and balanced sound, especially in the midrange, as well as stunning aesthetics thanks to its "slate" effect. It is the result of several years of R&D: engineers blended ultra-lightweight recycled non-woven carbon fibers—a first in the audio world—with thermoplastic polymer. The combination of these materials ensures excellent acoustic performance.

Base

Chora Center comes with a stand that tilts the speaker at a carefully calculated angle: the sound image is perfect.

Standard

Chora Center can be placed on your TV cabinet or mounted on a speaker stand (optional, height: 173/4″).
