The UK-built SP edition improves on the F502 and utilises the F200’s premium 8mm (200”) IsoFlareTM driver and 8mm (702”) bass/midrange driver, featuring stiff multi-fibre cones and FyneFluteTM surrounds. The IsoFlare’s 25mm magnesium compression tweeter features a unique HF waveguide pole piece for incredibly smooth, full frequency response and outstanding high-fidelity musical reproduction. The F502SP also benefits from the F700’s advanced crossover components and an aluminium sandwich-style plinth with a BassTrax tractrix profile bass diffuser, redesigned to precisely match the F502SP’s more compact cabinet. The SP is available as standard in high-gloss black and high-gloss white, or a luxurious deep-gloss lacquered walnut veneer with a diamond-cut finish on the aluminium driver chassis.
