About the Norstone SKYE PWC 1.5M – Power Cable:

The NorStone Skye RCA cables feature rhodium-plated Rh45 connectors, made of pure copper. This high-quality finish ensures optimal conductivity and exceptional contact strength, even under heavy use.

The cable uses OFC 4N copper conductors with a STAR structure: six concentrically arranged, multi-stranded conductors surrounding a central, solid copper core. This construction guarantees perfect signal transmission and a high transfer speed, essential for clear, detailed sound reproduction.

To fully protect the signal from external influences, the Skye series features double shielding. On the inside, a layer of premium cotton fiber effectively reduces micro-vibrations, while an outer layer of paper and thick PVC foil provides excellent insulation against electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency (RFI) radiation.

For maximum performance, the conductors are directly attached to the connectors without the use of solder. This minimizes impedance and guarantees flawless power and signal transfer—a technically refined choice for the most discerning listeners.
