The new Q Install in-wall series offers an exciting range of loudspeakers designed for home theater applications that demand exceptional performance from speakers that meet the needs of customers who require a stylish, unobtrusive aesthetic. The 6,5" in-wall loudspeaker features Q Install's superior Nano Particle mass-damped polypropylene low-frequency drive units with powerful coil and magnet constructions for low distortion and high transient performance. The full-range loudspeakers combine swiveling, silk-mesh shielded tweeters for fine-tuning the system, along with additional high-frequency level adjustment. The 6,5" in-wall loudspeaker features low-profile magnetic grilles for easy installation, with optimized overall geometries for their frequency response.
High-quality crossovers are used to ensure smooth frequency transitions on two- and three-way units. Special care has been taken to ensure speech remains clear at all times by paying attention to the mid-frequency response and mitigating all coloration sources. Installation flexibility is enhanced by ensuring that all units require minimal mounting depth.
Installers can choose from a range consisting of 8" and 6,5" two-way full-range units and a D'Appolito array LCR, which is also ideal for use as a center channel. A passive 8" sub is also offered to complement the full-range units, providing additional bass extension when used with a suitable A/V receiver and power amplifier.
